Assessments

• The Clifton StrengthsFinder is a powerful online assessment that helps individuals identify, understand, and maximize their strengths. People who use their strengths every day are six times more likely to be engaged in their work and three times more likely to say they have an excellent quality of life.

• The Campbell™ Interest and Skill Survey® (CISS®) inventory helps assess an individual's interest in occupational areas and presents a comparison to people who are happily and successfully employed in those fields. Unlike traditional interest inventories, this tool also provides an estimate of the individual's confidence in his or her ability to perform various occupational activities.

• The Birkman Method® is a scientifically developed, multi-dimensional assessment designed to help individuals achieve more at work and at home. It integrates behavioral, motivational, and occupational data together to predict behavior and work satisfaction across situations. The Birkman Method is the personality assessment for improving people skills and aligning roles and relationships for maximum productivity and success.

 

Team Coaching

Newly organized groups as well as established teams need support sometimes in making things work effectively within the team dynamic. Oftentimes understanding individual communication or leadership styles can help capitalize on strengths within the team. Using assessments and facilitation methods, we will work with your individual team members as well as the entire team to assess their strengths and individual styles to help create a robust and highly focused work team.

Individual coaching is highly personal and extremely powerful.
