What can you work on with a coach?

Whether you are in the job market, happily employed, or searching for your next career move,
coaching is a great environment to:

  • Determine your next professional move. Maybe it is your next job. Maybe it is starting a business.
Or, maybe it is designing a creative retirement plan.

  • Review your rèsumè with a specific job or career in mind.

  • Review your LinkedIn profile and learn how to utilize LinkedIn to support your career.

  • Strategize on your next business or career move.

  • Plan your networking activities that will add the most value to your job search or career progression.

  • Prepare for and practice interviewing.

  • Discuss your job offer(s) and plan the negotiation.

  • Develop the 30-60-90-day plan for your new job or promotion.

  • Design a professional development plan to move your career forward.

Is coaching for you?

Whether you are new to a job, new to management, or in the midst of a career transition, opportunity awaits you. Will you be ready when it knocks?

Getting clear on next steps in your career is critical. You own your career as well as your professional development. Only you can make the gains needed to be successful in a new role or a new opportunity. A good coach is a good partner—helping you work through the challenges, tasks, and timelines to create actionable steps in a supportive environment. Coaching is about you and your continued development. Isn’t it time you invested in you?

What’s included?

  • LinkedIn Profile review and critique

  • 3 – 45 minute coaching sessions per calendar month (minimum 3 months)

  • Email, text, and “just-in-time” phone support between sessions

Leading at the Edge Program

Executives and senior managers have tough jobs. You are leaders, experts, and business managers. Sharing your thoughts, concerns, and (shhhh) fears with someone within the company is not always an option. A professional coach can be the sounding board you need to address those issues and create an action plan that is forward moving. A coach is a trusted advisor, a partner, and many times the one person that you can truly “be real” with. A coach will support you in all that you wish to achieve and hold you accountable for the actions you identify to make that work happen.

Are you ready?
